Returns & Exchange

We’re honored that you have chosen Revivify 

Skincare to fulfill your skincare needs and we 

want you to be thrilled with the outcomes you 

see in your skin, but for hygiene purposes, all 

sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, 

returns, or exchanges; no exceptions! 

 

Damages and issues

Our team works diligently to inspect each item 

before shipping. However, mistakes sometimes 

occur; therefore, upon receiving your order, it is 

crucial to thoroughly inspect it and contact us 

within 3 days after receiving, it for any defects, 

damages or, incorrect items received. Please 

contact us at info@revivifyskincare.co with a 

description of the problem and 3 clear images of 

the damaged items, including the order number. 

Emails received outside of the 3-day limit will not 

be accepted. 

If your request is approved, we will provide you 

with a return shipping label. We won't accept 

returns for items that are sent back to us without 

first contacting us!

           Stolen Items (delivered, but not received) 

Once your order has been confirmed as 

delivered by the designated shipping carrier, we 

consider our obligations to have been fulfilled. If 

you receive a notification that your package has 

been delivered but you aren’t able to locate it, please

contact the delivery service responsible for 

handling your package. Recipients should also 

ask neighbors if they have seen their package 

and thoroughly inspect surrounding areas. We 

will try our best to work with you to resolve the 

issue and ensure that you receive your order!
